outlined
the steps for you.
- Be sure you've read the Terms
of Service, point
4. It has the
specifics of what we can and can not do.
While there are a lot of things that can be downloaded or sent to us,
there are some
things that On-disk.com just can't help you with.
However, if you have ordered and paid for a download or created a large
file and need it
On-Disk, we'll be happy to send it out for you.
When in doubt, email
us. We'd be happy to help figure it out.
- Order your disc -
Just order the number you need with the options you select. Then
be sure to add the details to the comment box at check out
- Sending the image(s) -
When using images that are already online, such as from a stock site,
please send us the complete URL. (We recommend Stock Exchange)
Alternately, you can email us your files from your computer.
If you have more than one image or the
image you're using is very large, please email
us to make arrangements.
Disc Prices ($US) are based on the time and supplies involved in
download, burning, packaging and shipping. NOTE: if it takes us longer than
5 minutes to prepare your files to be burned, we will assess a fee of
$30US per hour based on actual time. Easy ways to avoid the extra
fees is to zip your files together and send them as
one. Again, if you have questions please contact us.
- Disk Pricing -

- Discounts -
Discounts are only given when the same setup is used for your entire

refuse the order.
Note about Image
Quality - You will need to provide us with the Graphics you
would like used and
any text. Just be sure your graphics, and text have standard file
extensions such as .txt, .jpg, .png, .gif, etc. You can also provide us
with a URL showing your desired text and graphics. Just stay away from
any program specific layouts. If it isn't in a format we can use
easily, or it is an image you do not hold the copyright to we can
refuse the image
Our printing software tends to 'shrink' images due to the very fine
quality in which it prints. Meaning that once an image is loaded and
placed in the layout, it doesn't cover much. The more clarity and
detail we start with the better the finished product will be. We can
always scale an image down, but we can't enlarge it without loosing
image quality.
The ideal format for us is a
1000 x 1000px square or bigger. If the corners
and hub area are blank, you risk large white rings on the finished
product. If the image is smaller than 1000 your image quality
will be poor.
There are no refunds for poor image
quality. If you're considering a large run, you should order a
sample disc.
